What are your available payment methods?
We accept all cards from major credit card providers. In our stores we receive cash and credit and/or debit cards.
Can I buy in another currency other than Colombian pesos?
Yes, our payment platform receives your payment in your type of currency.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
We do our best to ship our orders the same day they are received, so we cannot receive changes to your order once it has been placed. However, if upon receiving your order you still want to make a change, you can contact info@stardogloungewear.com to request it.
What is the process to make a change?
If once you receive your order you wish to make a change, you can contact us at info@stardogloungewear.com with your order number and requested change.
Once received, we will inform you how you can return the product.
